New Business Development:

- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitive landscapes.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
- Track and analyze sales performance data, including key metrics (revenue, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost).
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management. Utilize CRM software (e. , Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, track opportunities, and monitor sales activities.
