About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our team.
You will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more of our products.
This role requires a customer-centric approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer research to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.
- Align the product roadmap with the overall company strategy and objectives.
Product Discovery & Definition:
- Collaborate with stakeholders (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to gather requirements and define product specifications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
- Define and document user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize product concepts.
Product Development & Execution:
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to execute the product roadmap.
- Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Prioritize and manage development sprints and releases.
- Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Product Marketing & Launch:
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product launch plans.
- Create product messaging and positioning.
- Support sales enablement and training.
Product Analysis & Iteration:
- Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to identify trends and insights.
- Use data to inform product decisions and prioritize future development.
- Continuously iterate on the product based on user feedback and market changes.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
