Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify and analyze potential target markets, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including online research, industry databases, and networking events.
- Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns, email marketing, and social media outreach (e.g, LinkedIn).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication, relationship building, and consultative selling.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand client needs and pain points to effectively position and present company solutions.
- Assist in the development of proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide support throughout the sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
- Proven ability to identify and qualify leads, build relationships, and close deals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to analyze market data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g, Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
