About Us:

- In this role, you will optimize websites for search engines, drive organic traffic, develop effective lead generation funnels, and provide exceptional client service for all analytics and SEO-related needs.
- Your expertise in on-page optimization, technical SEO, and advanced analytics will be essential in enhancing our clients' online visibility and achieving their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
ON-Page Optimization:
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant, high-value search terms.
- Create and optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptions, to enhance search engine rankings.
- Optimize meta tags (title tags, meta descriptions) for maximum CTR (click-through rate).
- Implement effective internal linking strategies to improve user experience and search engine crawlability.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO best practices and algorithm changes.
Traffic Generation:
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase the authority and credibility of client websites.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce SEO-friendly content that attracts backlinks and drives organic traffic.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for guest blogging and other off-page strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Organic Lead Funnel Development:
- Design and optimize landing pages that are tailored for search intent and lead capture.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure SEO-friendly website design and functionality.
- Implement and track conversion optimization initiatives to increase lead generation.
Monthly SEO Audits:
- Perform comprehensive website audits to identify and address technical SEO issues that may be impeding rankings.
- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark performance and uncover new opportunities.
- Prepare detailed SEO reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Advanced Analytics Setup and Configuration:
- Set up and configure analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and other SEO reporting platforms.
- Create custom dashboards and reports to track key SEO metrics (organic traffic, rankings, conversions, bounce rate, etc.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and demonstrate the ROI of SEO efforts.
Client Servicing:
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand their analytics and SEO needs.
- Provide expert setup and configuration of analytics tools to align with client goals.
- Deliver regular reports and insights, translating complex data into clear action plans for clients.
- Proactively address client inquiries and offer strategic SEO guidance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Deep understanding of on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in keyword research tools (Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.)
- Experience with website analytics tools and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Skills (Mandatory):
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
- Knowledgeable in utilizing the Screaming Frog tool for SEO analysis.
- Extensive experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Clarity or similar heatmap analysis tools.
- Hands-on experience in Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz.
- Demonstrated ability in generating detailed reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Expertise in Technical SEO with a solid understanding of optimizing website architecture and content for search engines.
- Content marketing experience.
