The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Illustrator to join a creative and collaborative environment.

You will have the opportunity to contribute your unique artistic vision to a wide range of projects, from website graphics and social media content to print advertisements and brand collateral.

Responsibilities :

Conceptualization & Ideation :

- Develop original and creative illustration concepts that align with project briefs and brand guidelines.

- Translate abstract ideas and concepts into compelling visual representations.

- Brainstorm and present creative solutions to design challenges.

Illustration & Design :

- Prepare rough drafts and sketches based on project requirements and client feedback.

- Create detailed illustrations using a combination of hand-drawn techniques and digital software.

- Refine illustrations using industry-standard software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate.

- Explore and experiment with various illustration styles, color palettes, and techniques.

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Procreate.

- Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and typography.

- Ability to work with different file formats and prepare artwork for various platforms (web, print, social media).

Collaboration & Communication :

- Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to clients and internal teams.

- Collaborate with designers, art directors, and other team members to ensure project success.

- Actively participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Project Management :

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.

- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all illustration projects.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).

- 3+ years of professional experience as an Illustrator in an agency or in-house design environment.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of illustration styles and techniques.

- Excellent drawing and painting skills, both digital and traditional.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Procreate.

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality work.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with motion graphics and animation.

- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software.

- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
