Senior Executive - IT

of Role Purpose

• The incumbent of this role is accountable for the completion of the allocated tasks or activities by the seniors.
• The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth completion of the task/activity assigned within best quality and set timelines for the execution, along with supervising the technical work and taking proper measures to ensure zero-breakdown.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Performance
• Manage the assigned work and ensure zero-breakdown while upholding the policies and practices of the organization.
• Enable and support third party vendors to work on the implementation projects, as and when required for assigned activities.
• Aid in ensuring the progress of IT assignment according to the implementation plan.
• Maintain IT logs for equipments and maintenance
• IT Delivery
• Ensure that the technical issues get resolved within timelines.
• Manage the IT helpdesk.
• Review with managers and look for the most appropriate solutions to the prevailing concerns as per the implementation cycle.
• Provide on-site support to people on the projects for any IT related issue.
• Support all SAP and data related activities
• MIS and Reporting
• Ensure that all information is appropriately documented and secured through right reporting mechanisms.

Experience and Exposure

• Diploma in IT/ Electrical/ Computer Sciences with 1-5 years experience in handling IT function in a construction projects

or

• BE/B.Tech with 1-4 years experience in handling IT function in a construction projects
