IT Executive - Infrastructure

The IT Executive - Infrastructure will be responsible for ensuring seamless IT operations at the manufacturing facility by managing IT infrastructure, maintaining network systems, and providing technical support.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, and data storage systems.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
• Monitor network performance and ensure minimal downtime.
• Provide support for LAN, WAN, and VPN connectivity, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
• Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard company data and IT assets.
• Handle system upgrades, data backup, and recovery plans.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment and services.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
• Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
• Support compliance requirements, including periodic audits of IT systems.

Preferred candidate profile

• Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical setup.
• Hands-on experience with servers, routers, firewalls, and network configurations.
• Familiarity with IT tools and software such as Active Directory, MS Office 365, and ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and IT compliance standards.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
