IT Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage and support our organization's IT infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless functioning of hardware, software, and networks while providing effective technical support to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Management

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Manage hardware inventory, upgrades, and replacements.

Technical Support

• Provide technical assistance and training to employees for hardware and software-related issues.
• Respond to IT service requests promptly and resolve technical problems efficiently.

Network Management

• Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and internet connections.
• Ensure network security through firewalls, antivirus software, and regular updates.

Data and Security Management

• Implement and monitor data backup and disaster recovery systems.
• Enforce IT security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive data.

Software and Application Support

• Install and maintain essential business software, including ERP, CRM, and other applications.
• Coordinate with vendors for software support and licensing requirements.

Process Improvement and Reporting

• Recommend and implement improvements in IT processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and incident reports.

Work Conditions

• Full-time position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support and network administration (2+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking protocols, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Workspace) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
