Hr Executive And Generalist

Role & responsibilities

• Foster positive relationships between management and employees to maintain a high level of employee morale and productivity.
• Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, concerns, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely completion of reviews.
• Organize on-boarding programs for new employees, ensuring they understand company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Ensure that all HR processes comply with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Keep up to date with changes in employment laws and regulations that affect the manufacturing industry.
• Develop, implement, and review HR policies and ensure they are aligned with company goals and legal requirements.
• Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of salaries, overtime, and incentives.
• Work closely with the Health & Safety department to ensure a safe and compliant workplace for all employees.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all HR data is accurate and confidential.
• Prepare HR-related reports, including headcount, attrition, absenteeism, and training effectiveness.

Preferred candidate profile

• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws, specifically within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, processes, and labor requirements.
• Experience with HR software and systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
