Role & responsibilities

Dear Candidates

• Candidate must have experience in Payroll process.
• Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices as per business need and requirement.
• Taking Induction and Orientation secessions for new employees and trainees.
• Manpower budgeting, planning, and execution of hiring strategies.
• Updating SOPs and HR processes time to time .
• Coordination to ensure timely payment of ESI, PF.
• Maintained personnel files and recruitment MIS.
• Coordinated exit interviews, experience, service, and salary certificates.

Preferred candidate profile

• Required male candidates
• Graduation: MBA/MSW/ MA(HR)
• Experience: 3 years to 10 years
• Strong knowledge in payroll and statutory compliances.
