Chief Development Officer - Construction/Real Estate (18-25 yrs)

Chief Development Officer

Responsibilities:

- Strategy & Planning: Work directly with the CEO and C Level executives to facilitate the organization's strategic and financial plans.

- Project Management: Execution of the development projects . Ensure timely execution of the projects as per quality , Schedule and utilizations plans. Manage the cost of project execution within budgeted costs

Operation management & Process excellence:

- Implementation of SOPs, processes and governance mechanisms.

- Oversee project planning & scheduling, budgeting, designing, contracting & procurement, construction, QHSE and PMO for all projects

- Supervise all internal & external teams to deliver progress as per plan

- Ensure timely identification and resolution of project risks

- Oversee implementation of latest construction methodologies

- Ensure adoption of critical cost excellence initiatives and value engineering across different projects

- Ensure that all projects related activities comply with company policies, standard operating procedures, ethics and local regulations

Customer centricity:

- Collaborate with the investments, leasing and asset management teams for land acquisition and design support.

- Supervise best-in-class design development aligned to market expectations and designed as per the required budget.

- Oversee implementation of QHSE management plan

- Drive transformational objectives of automating repetitive tasks

- Experience of managing the entire project life cycle is mandatory.

- Experience of managing multiple projects across India is mandatory. Suitable candidate must have experience in development projects across the country( Delhi NCR, Maharashtra/ Karnataka/ TN)

- B Tech / BE Civil is mandatory.

- Age not more than 53 years.
