GM - Financial Planning and Analysis
Strategic Planning & Financial Forecasting:
- Lead the development of annual budgets, long-term financial forecasts, and financial modeling, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and development pipeline.
Financial Analysis & Reporting :
- Oversee management reporting processes, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations on business performance, variances, and trends.
Project Financial Management:
- Support the real estate development teams with project-level financial planning, cost analysis, and capital expenditure tracking.
- Ensure projects are financially viable and meet the company's profitability targets.
Cash Flow & Capital Management:
- Manage and monitor cash flow projections, working capital requirements, and capital deployment to ensure liquidity and funding for development projects.
Team Leadership & Development :
- Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, ensuring high performance, professional development, and effective collaboration across functions.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Communication :
- Prepare and present financial reports and insights to the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Risk Management :
- Identify potential financial risks related to real estate investments and development projects.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, including sensitivity analysis and scenario modeling.
Process Improvement :
- Continuously assess and enhance FP&A processes and systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of financial planning and reporting.
- Expert in building complex financial models for business evaluation and annual operating plan

The candidate must have extensive experience into Developing Annual Operating Plans, Feasibility studies, Business Performance, Variance and Trend analysis, KPI Monitoring, Process Optimisation, Automation and Power BI
