Head - Financial Planning & Analysis (10-15 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of FP&A to lead the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis functions of a high impact and leading Pharmaceutical company operating all across the globe. This role will be critical in driving financial strategy, guiding executive decision- making, and ensuring the company's financial health and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- To lead the FP&A functions reporting to the CFO.

- Lead the annual budgeting and long- range planning processes, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

- Collaborate with department heads to provide detailed financial guidance and cost controls.

- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance and prepare executive reports highlighting key insights, risks, and opportunities.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the pharmaceutical industry.

- Provide variance analysis for operating expenses, revenue forecasts, and gross margin performance.

- Build and maintain dynamic financial models to evaluate the financial impact of new product launches, pricing strategies, and regulatory changes.

- Forecast revenue and expenses for different products.

Qualifications:

- CA (Chartered Accountant) or MBA

- 10- 15 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with significant exposure to business finance.

- Proven leadership experience in managing FP&A teams.

- Prior experience in Pharma, FMCG, or Alco Bev industries is highly desirable.

- Expertise in financial modeling, reporting tools, and performance management systems.
