Business Head - Lending & Strategic Partnership - NBFC - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (10-18 yrs)

Role Overview:

- As Business Head - NBFC and Strategic Partnerships, you will drive the development and scaling of a high-growth lending vertical while fostering impactful partnerships.

- This role requires strong P&L leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to leverage technology for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own the P&L for the lending vertical, ensuring consistent top-line growth and profitability.

2. Build and strengthen partnerships with ecosystem players to deliver consistent volumes under agreed risk frameworks.

3. Lead the development of innovative lending solutions, including student loans and fee financing.

4. Oversee cross-functional collaboration across technology, credit, and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution.

5. Manage and mentor high-performing teams to drive operational and strategic partnerships.

Candidate Requirements:

1. MBA from a Tier 1/2 institute with 10+ years of experience in P&L leadership, partnerships, or growth-focused roles in fintech, NBFCs, or related sectors.

2. NBFC leadership with Proven expertise in leveraging technology to scale operations , strategic partnership and drive innovation in financial services.
