Role Overview:

As Head of Enterprise Business, you will drive growth by building strategic partnerships with BFSI companies. The candidate should lead business development team across cities, focus on revenue growth, strategic alliances, and strengthening relationships

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop a business development team to achieve targets.

- Forge strategic partnerships with BFSI companies and maintain strong client relationships

- Develop and Drive initiatives that aligns with company objectives.

- Identify revenue opportunities, build a pipeline, and work cross-functionally to ensure delivery

Candidate Requirements :

- MBA from Tier 1 with 10+ years in business development, corporate sales, and enterprise partnerships

- Strong BFSI experience with proven track record in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

- Strategic thinker with a business acumen and proven track record of execution

- Proven team leadership, networking, and negotiation skills.
