Vice President - Investment Banking (5-12 yrs)

Our client seeks a dynamic and experienced Vice President to manage complex deal processes and support high-value transactions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in deal execution, financial modeling, and investor interactions, with a focus on transactions above USD 50 million.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the creation and ownership of deal collateral, including pitch decks and financial models

- Conduct investor calls, analyze business models, and manage due diligence processes

- Collaborate with founders and funds to optimize investor engagements

- Ensure timely delivery and high-quality outputs from associates, providing mentorship and training

- Oversee the post-deal closing process to meet all obligations

Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in executing at least 3 full deal cycles

- At least 5 years of experience in a front-end Investment Banking role

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize insights and align data with narratives

- Excellent stakeholder management with experience working alongside founders, CFOs, and internal teams

- Deep understanding of financial and legal documents, ensuring minimal deviations in projections.

- Ability to coach junior staff on technical rigor and deal processes
