Chief Growth/Revenue Officer - Consumer Tech Startup - Ivy League/IIM/ISB/FMS (5-12 yrs)

Our client, a fast-growing consumer tech startup, is looking for a dynamic Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to scale a disruptive brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute growth strategies across acquisition, retention, and monetization.

- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing and product-led growth.

Candidate Requirements:

- 5-10 years of post-MBA experience in growth, marketing, or strategy roles.

- Prior experience in consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or high-growth consumer tech startups preferred.

- Proven expertise in digital growth, performance marketing, and analytics.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and execution skills.

- MBA from a Tier-1 institute (Ivy League, IIM, ISB, FMS, etc.) preferred.
