Job Title: International BPO Recruiter

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for International BPO roles, including sourcing, screening and interviewing.

2. Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment drives to attract top talent.

3. Conduct telephonic and video interviews to assess candidates' communication skills, cultural fit, and technical capabilities.

4. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate information, and status updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

5. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry.
