Process Documentation:

• Develop clear and comprehensive documentation of business processes.
• Ensure all Process documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Identify and document best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

• Policy Formulation:
• Design and formulate effective policies that align with organizational goals.
• Ensure policies comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Regularly review and update policies to reflect changes in the business environment

• Effective Writing:
• Write clear, concise, and engaging documents, reports, and presentations.
• Communicate complex information in a way that is easy to understand for all stakeholders.

• Creative Thinking:
• Provide innovative solutions to improve processes and policies.
• Think outside the box to address unique challenges and opportunities.

• Logical Interpretation:
• Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
• Apply logical reasoning to solve problems and make informed decisions.

• Dashboard Creation:
• Develop and maintain dashboards for senior management to track key performance indicators.

Must Have Skills :

• MBA / CA / CS with 3+ years of experience
• Experience in consultancy, with a strong understanding of business processes and policy formulation and data management.
