Role & responsibilities (for Collections)

Business and Financial Management

• Collection Resolution of NPA accounts of the branch to achieve the monthly target
• Controlling the branch GWO and improvising the collection month on month
• Tracing of skip /migrated customers

Customer Focus

• Addressing customer queries
• Educating customer about payment on time, Importance of Credit score and servicing of loan

Process / Quality Improvement

• Receipt issuance and management
• Customer trail updating on system
• Contact point validation of high value accounts.

Role & responsibilities (for Sales)

• Sourcing customers: Candidate is responsible for meeting with prospects, understanding their needs, generating leads, following up the leads for interested prospects.

• Running required credit checks: Candidate is responsible for filling sourcing sheets of interested customers; for collecting required KYC documents; verifying the KYC documents; for conducting cash flow analyses; and for running business and residential CPVs.

• Collecting repayments on the field: Candidate is responsible for the overall portfolio quality - collecting on field repayments; and for managing non-repayment by customers.

Preferred candidate profile

Only Freshers will be considered.

Driving license and two wheeler mandatory.

Min Education should be HSC (12th Pass)
