Location :: Pune /Chennai/Bangalore

Experience :: 5yrs to 9yrs

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Workflow Builder Specialist to design, implement, and manage workflow solutions within the Oracle Apps.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Applications and Workflow Builder, with the ability to customize and optimize workflows to enhance business processes.

Duties and responsibilities:

Workflow Design: Develop and customize workflows using Oracle Workflow Builder, ensuring they align with business requirements and best practices.

Requirements Analysis:

 Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective workflow designs.

Implementation: Deploy and configure workflow solutions within the Oracle environment, ensuring seamless integration with existing applications.

Troubleshooting and Support: Monitor and troubleshoot workflow issues, providing timely resolutions and support to end-users.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for workflows, including design specifications, user guides, and operational procedures.Testing and

Validation: Conduct testing and validation of workflows to ensure functionality and reliability before deployment.Training: Provide training and support to users on new workflows and enhancements, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and process improvements, recommending changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
