Oracle Financial Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Manager with extensive experience in Oracle R12 Financial Module to oversee and manage the IT operations of our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong techno-functional background in Oracle EBS and will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, security, and reliability of our IT systems.

Role & responsibilities

1. Oracle R12 Financial Module Management:

• Manage and maintain the Oracle R12 Financial Module, ensuring its optimal use in the companys financial operations.
• Work closely with the finance department to support financial processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Provide training and support to users of the Oracle R12 Financial Module.

2. Project Management:

• Lead IT projects, including new implementations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.

3. Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and performance.

Conduct performance evaluations and identify training

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle R12 Financial Module, with a strong understanding of financial processes.
• Proven experience in IT management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases.
• Experience with IT project management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Oracle R12 Financials
• Experience with other Oracle E-Business Suite modules.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry-specific software.
