Role & responsibilities

Should have good exposure on SAP HR module. Should have knowledge on HCM, ESS/MSS portal, payroll, and master data.

Should have knowledge about Enterprise structure along with basic Features, Integration with third party system, LSMW

Should have knowledge about methods to create organization structure along with relationships

Should have worked on creation of DWS, PWS, Work schedule rule.

Must have knowledge about payroll program along with PCR and Schemas and integration with Finance

Knowledge about basic CATS transactions along with postings.
