Role & responsibilities

1. Operations Management:

• • Oversee the daily operations of the lounge, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.
• • Monitor lounge cleanliness, maintenance, and overall ambiance.
• • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational protocols.
• 2. Customer Service Excellence:
• • Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and high-quality service.
• • Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• • Continuously improve the guest experience through innovation and personalized service.
• 3. Staff Management:
• • Recruit, train, and supervise lounge staff, including attendants, kitchen staff, and baristas.
• • Develop staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• 4. Food and Beverage Oversight:
• • Collaborate with catering teams to ensure food and beverage offerings meet quality and variety standards.
• • Manage inventory, monitor usage, and reduce wastage.
• 5. Financial Management:
• • Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure the lounge operates within financial targets.
• • Analyze financial performance and recommend cost-saving measures.
• 6. Partnership and Vendor Management:
• • Coordinate with airport authorities, airlines, and external vendors.
• • Ensure timely delivery of supplies and services.
• 7. Health and Safety:
• • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards.
• 8. Marketing and Branding:
• • Promote the lounges services and facilities to airline partners and premium passengers.
• • Implement initiatives to enhance the lounges reputation and guest loyalty.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• • Experience:
• • Previous experience in hospitality or airport operations is required.
• • Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is highly desirable.
