Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and target new business opportunities across industries.
- Drive sales for services including Social Media, Web Development, Search Marketing, App Development, Media Planning & Buying, Email & CRM, Brand Communication, and Online Reputation Management.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
Pitching & Presentation:
- Create and deliver compelling pitch presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client objectives.
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Create sales funnels, forecast business opportunities, and track performance metrics.
Market Research:
- Conduct research to identify industry trends and understand client pain points.
- Analyze competitors to position the agency effectively in the market.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4-5 years in business development roles, specifically in digital and media agencies.
Skills:
- Proven expertise in creating and delivering pitch presentations.
- Strong knowledge of Social Media, Web Development, Search Marketing, App Development, Media Planning & Buying, Email & CRM, Brand Communication, and Online Reputation Management.
- Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to create and manage sales funnels effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
