Required Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in client engagement or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience in a client-facing role is preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
