Key Responsibilities:
Student Outreach: Initiate outbound calls and personalized communication to students who have expressed interest in the Mindler's College Application Program
Student Support: Enable students to apply to their preferred institutions that match their academic goals and interests, in collaboration with Mindler Career Coaches
Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective students by following up on initial inquiries and guiding them through each stage of the admissions process.
Admissions Support: Provide end-to-end support to students during the college application process, including answering questions about eligibility, application requirements, and documentation. Assist students in navigating application portals and ensure they submit accurate and complete applications.
Database Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all student interactions, applications, and communication milestones using CRM software. Track student progress through the admissions funnel and flag any challenges or delays to ensure timely interventions.
Address Concerns: Act as the primary point of contact for students, addressing questions and concerns related to university selection, program offerings, or their application status
Collaboration: Collaborate in the development of marketing materials, webinars, and virtual events to increase student engagement and program visibility
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information in a clear and persuasive manner.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with students and parents, understand their needs, and provide tailored guidance.
Target-Driven: A results-oriented approach, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Problem-Solving: The ability to address student concerns and provide practical solutions to help them move forward.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any field
