Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Requirement Identification:

✅ Identify and comprehend the IT needs of the client.

✅ Utilize a comprehensive skill set to identify and clarify customer needs effectively.

✅ Demonstrate proficiency in product knowledge across various brands and solutions.

✅ Possess certifications relevant to the field.

✅ Familiarity with OEMs such as DELL, HP Enterprise, Lenovo, Nutanix and NetApp.

2) Solution Designing:

✅ Evaluate customer requirements to formulate appropriate solutions.

✅ Design comprehensive and efficient solutions tailored to meet customer needs.

✅ Ensure alignment with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

3) Solution Presentation and Architecture:

✅ Exhibit strong presentation skills to effectively convey solutions to the customers.

✅ Communicate technical concepts and architectures.

✅ Translate complex technical details into layman's terms for customer understanding.
