Handling Business of Project type customers and Key Accounts
Implement and execute management strategies to achieve short-, medium- and longer-term budgeted goals in business, profitability, etc.
Manage and develop Equipment (Whole Goods) sales.
Manage the commercial position of the Company in its market with the help of upline and management for a targeted development of market share growth and margin improvement.
Manage pricing and negotiate prices for new business within set parameters to achieve budgets and Company plans.
Assist in the development of the annual sales target.
Responsible for administration activities such as quotation logs and CRM system.
Basic Qualifications
Technical qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and/or experience in Frontline sales role are preferred
Must have good Written Verbal Communication esp. in English.
Must be fluent in English and Hindi. Other local languages will be an added advantage.
Travel Work Arrangements/Requirements
Base location Delhi.

Absolute KEY skills needed for role
Key Account Management.
Proven experience of handling Project EPC type of customers
Technical Sales experience in equipment industry.
Good negotiating and influencing capabilities at senior level are essential
Proficient in MS Office.
