Your Role in a Nutshell:

As a Sales Engineer, you will be the technical expert and customer-facing representative for our modular wellsite packages. Youll combine your engineering knowledge with sales expertise to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients needs.


What Youll Do:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the oil and gas sector, focusing on modular wellsite packages.
  • Technical Expertise: Act as the technical advisor to clients, explaining product features, benefits, and applications.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including engineers, project managers, and procurement teams.
  • Custom Solutions: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop customized solutions that meet client specifications.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and sales contracts.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals while ensuring profitability.
  • After-Sales Support: Work with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Travel: Visit clients, attend industry events, and represent the company in the GCC and globally.

What Were Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).
  • Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience in sales or business development within the oil and gas industry, preferably with modular wellsite packages or similar products.

Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge of oil and gas equipment and processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Mindset: A problem-solver with a passion for delivering value to clients.
