Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. This remote role focuses on driving sales in both B2B and B2C markets, with a particular emphasis on field sales. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage clients effectively in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through B2B and B2C channels.
• Conduct field sales activities to promote products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions through tailored sales presentations.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and follow-up on leads to close sales.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide post-sale support to customers.
• Collaborate with other team members to align sales strategies and achieve company goals.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, with a focus on field sales.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle objections and turn them into sales opportunities.
• Comfortable with using CRM tools for lead management and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to travel within the designated sales region.

Desirable:

• Prior experience in field sales or similar roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with the local market in Khammam would be beneficial.
