Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. This position involves working remotely with occasional field sales and client interaction. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both B2B and B2C sales, with an understanding of the solar and power sectors. You will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market reach, and managing customer relationships in this rapidly growing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve both B2B and B2C revenue targets.
• Identify and build relationships with potential clients in the solar and power sectors.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Present and promote solar and power solutions to customers, including product demonstrations and consultations.
• Manage sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to create effective sales strategies.
• Provide feedback on product and service offerings based on customer interactions.
• Track and report on sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest solar and power industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, preferably in the solar, power, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiations, and customer management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
• Experience in market research and competitor analysis.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of the solar and power industry will be an added advantage.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
