Job Description
As a member of our Recruitment team, youre going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day-to-day basis, this means:
- Review applications and identify best talents as per requirements
- Coordinate various rounds of assessments & interviews
- Sourcing from different channels and screening resumes and applications
- Communicating with management and other team members to ensure status updates
- Any other responsibilities delegated
Experience:
- At least 6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail and relentless follow-up
- Ability to prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal English
Key Attributes:
- Experience in a Start-up environment is a huge plus
- Experience with in-house recruitment is preferred
Location & Timings
- Work from home
- 2 PM - 11 PM IST
