Collaborate with sales, account management, editorial, and other teams at FMG
Lead brainstorms and cross-functional meetings to develop custom programs that align with the FMG editorial ethos, resonate strongly with readers, and deliver meaningful results for brand partners
Develop compelling and comprehensive proposals that leverage the most effective FMG ad products to meet client goals
Create cohesive media plans across newsletters, events, videos, editorial, experiential, and social media
Find fresh, insights-driven solutions to client challenges
Manage time well and meet tight deadlines
Participate in client meetings, as necessary
What We re Looking For
2 3 years of experience at a digital publisher or agency, ideally in a pre-sales strategy, sales planning, or media planning role
You enjoy being an important part of the process of developing advertising programs that help brands achieve their marketing objectives
You have a background in brand strategy and are a creative-minded individual
You are an effective collaborator across teams and disciplines
You bring an energy and vitality to the sales process
You are a highly motivated and self-starting individual
You have excellent written/verbal communication skills
You are internet savvy and like to dig deeper to find what you are looking for
You can prioritize and manage time effectively
You are intellectually curious and have a desire to learn about the business and potential clients
