You clearly communicate to your Art Designer how to successfully execute the vision. While upholding your client s design and creative standards, you will contribute to the overall growth of their business through creative execution.
Understand your client s goals, the budget you have to work with, what success looks like when making decisions.
Persuasive copywriting skills for long and short form content pieces like social media engagement, banner ads, video ads, email newsletter and blogs.
Document and create reports from the Analytics of all content efforts (campaigns, paid ads, contests, content communication tone, etc.) and provide necessary insights to the Digital Marketing team.
Leverage campaign performance data (Brand campaigns, Influencer campaigns, etc.), industry and audience insights to create strategic recommendations that will deliver on client KPIs.
Draft creative briefs that enable designers to bring the vision for each campaign to life. Provide core project management support for the service offerings, ensuring key milestones are met and strategic momentum is maintained.
Proofread the work to ensure zero discrepancies at all levels. Re-examine executions, study the results and focus on coming up with new plans in case it needs to be tweaked.
Take regular feedback from the client regarding the quality of work and areas of improvement. Maintain client relationships to build a long term association with ThinkWhy.
Set the brand positioning and create content with appropriate tone, language understanding of the brand its USP, TG - their Likes/Dislikes/Behaviour and what action do you want them to make after engaging with your content.
Conduct biweekly meetings with your clients to review performance metrics and best practices, including campaign reporting.
Understand the triggers and factors that make content shareable, ensuring those are included in all content. Possess analytical thinking about customer journeys and content flows.
Create customized content plans/ calendars for all relevant leading social channels.
Must-haves for you to land this opportunity:
B.A. in Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Journalism or Relevant Work Experience. 2 to 5 years experience creating and executing big ideas at an agency (external or internal) focused on eCommerce brands.
Strong pitching, presentation, and communication/ writing skills. Familiar with the fundamentals of Facebook and Google paid to advertise.
Ability to translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies. Industry experience scoping production costs.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to support or defend a position or idea in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Relentless curiosity and an insatiable need to know more about your client, their product, and their customers. The ability to confidently present concepts both to your team and to clients.
Attention to detail if a font s off-brand, you raise hell. A willingness to reject work when it s not good enough and the ability to kindly articulate why. Clear is kind.
Good knowledge of all the leading social media digital platforms and understanding of digital marketing pillars like Paid, Earned, Owned Media.
Experience in developing and implementing content strategies for different brand assets.
Expert knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and comfort with project management tools like Asana.
Ability to learn new tools/ courses proactively and translate them into desired results.
