Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project OEM Sales Engineer to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) market segment. The Project OEM Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by promoting our steam engineering solutions to OEM partners and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
The job role entails empowering branch sales teams to establish robust pipelines, acquire new customers across various verticals, and consistently outperform competitors in techno-commercial aspects on a monthly and quarterly basis. This includes obtaining approvals from
major EPC firms and consultants, ensuring a leading position in the market. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, with a focus on growth, adaptability, and mobility, as the role requires approximately 70% travel within India or specific regions. Additionally, proficiency in marketing strategies, sales projections, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is essential for success in this role.
1) To handle given grid customers with complete ownership.
2) Sales target to achieve for grid customers.
3) Fully involved in their service & commercial issues for further resolution.
4) Resolution of overdue payments of the grid customers.
5) Coordinate with HO support divisions and provide appropriate services in
terms of offer submission, order processing, commercial & service related
issues.
6) Extensive traveling to visit all the grid customers per Quarter.
7) Update Call schedules, call reporting's in the system.
9) Review offer base on continue basis & provide months Fresh & Booking
order projections.
10) 3 presentations at grid customers place every quarter.
11) Emailers for the new application & products to Grid customers.
12) Attend min one training for update his/her profile & competencies.
Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech in mechanical
Work Experience (in years): 2-5 yrs
Must Have Skills: Communication Skills
Good to Have Skills : Proficiency in mechanical products, including Boilers, steam accessories, Steam straps, Steam turbines, etc.
