Role & responsibilities

 Brand Acquisition & Partnership Development:

• Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with international and local brands looking to expand into the UAE through franchising.
• Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements between the company and brand owners.
• Build strong relationships with franchisors to maintain long-term collaboration.

• Market and sell franchise opportunities to potential investors and business owners.
• Conduct presentations and pitch franchise models to prospective franchisees.
• Assist clients in understanding franchise investment models, profitability, and operational processes.

✅ Market Research & Strategy:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify high-demand industries and profitable franchise opportunities.
• Develop and implement effective franchise expansion strategies tailored to the UAE market.
• Stay updated on franchise laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance.

✅ Franchise Onboarding & Support:

• Assist franchisees in setting up their business, from licensing and agreements to operational guidance.
• Work closely with internal teams (legal, finance, and operations) to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Provide training and ongoing support to new franchise partners.
