Requirement details :

Designation- Partner Relations Executive- (Commercial Partnership department)

Qualification: Bachelors/Masters (Commerce background)

Location: Work From Home

Monday to Saturday working (6 days)
10:30am-8:00pm work Timing on Saturday- 10:30am-5:00pm

Holidays will be as per UAE Calendar

should have there own Laptop ,Wifi, Android Phone ,Power backup
Experience: Minimum 2-6 years of B2B sales /customer relationship/Lead generation/customer Retention/Partner Relationship/client acquisition  

Roles Responsibilities:
• Building long-term relationships with key Partners.
• Addressing Partner concerns and complaints.
• Coordinating with Associate partners worldwide connecting for commercial Partnership in overseas junction.
• Submit partner forecast, weekly projection and action plan to commercial manager and to manager international affairs (only for international partners)
• Seek regular feedback from immediate manager & HOD to ensure that activities are aligned to business requirements.
• Maintaining CRM on a daily basis with No future Alert.
• Coordinate with admin on Regular MOMs & Referral agreements of partners
• Shows flexibility and always goes the extra mile to meet the needs of Business, Partners and clients.
• Effectively sell the value proportion to partner and partner client which result in lead generation and revenue generation in line with predefined targets.
• Respond to the same day to email enquiries from partners and contact
