Job Title: Partner Relations Executive (PRE) New Delhi

🔹 Location: Remote (New Delhi) Must attend 2-3 meetings per week in Delhi NCR.
🔹 Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (6 days)
Mon – Fri: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM
🔹 Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Sales/B2C or B2B Sales/Customer Relationship Management/Hardcore Sales.
🔹 Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s (Commerce background preferred).

💼 About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Partner Relations Executive (PRE) to build and nurture strong business collaborations. As the first point of contact for potential partners, you will play a key role in expanding our network, driving partnerships, and ensuring successful onboarding. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, have a knack for relationship management, and are looking for a high-impact role, this is for you!
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Identify & Qualify Potential Partners – Evaluate partners based on industry relevance, business alignment, and market potential.
✔️ Develop & Maintain Relationships – Leverage your networking skills to build strong professional connections (LinkedIn presence is a plus!).
✔️ Market Expansion & Business Growth – Assess referral potential, geographical coverage, and mutual business benefits.
✔️ Compliance & Legal Verification – Ensure adherence to regulations before onboarding partners.
✔️ Coordinate & Schedule Meetings – Facilitate timely interactions between partners and the CP Manager in Dubai.
✔️ Onboarding & Follow-ups – Ensure seamless collaboration, effective communication, and timely follow-ups.
✔️ Feedback Analysis – Gather insights from CP Manager to evaluate partner commitment and potential.
✔️ Travel to Delhi NCR – Conduct 2-3 in-person meetings per week as required.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Proven Sales & Business Development Expertise – Minimum 2+ years in B2C/B2B Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or Hardcore Sales.
🔹 Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills – Must be fluent in English and confident in handling high-level business discussions.
🔹 Excellent Relationship Management – Ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
🔹 Market & Business Acumen – Understanding of industry trends and market potential.
🔹 Organized & Proactive – Capable of managing multiple partnerships, scheduling meetings, and following up effectively.
🔹 Willingness to Travel – Must be open to attending 2-3 meetings per week in Delhi NCR.
