Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients.
2. Relationship Management: Regularly engage clients and offer tailored solutions.
3. Needs Analysis: Assess client financial needs and recommend products.
4. Cross-Selling: Sell additional products like insurance and loans.
5. Sales Targets: Meet sales goals for new accounts and cross-selling.
6. Client Retention: Develop strategies to maintain long-term relationships.
7. Customer Service: Provide excellent service and resolve issues promptly.
8. Compliance & Market Updates: Ensure regulatory compliance and stay informed on industry trends.

Skills:

Qualifications:

• BBA, MBA, or equivalent qualifications in finance, business administration, or related fields.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in a bank, financial services company, or fintech company offering tax, loans, and insurance services.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets in a competitive environment, preferably in the BFSI sector.
