Qualification : Any

Experience : Minimum 6 Months experience in HR

Locations : All over Tamilnadu -

(Chennai) - Padi / Mugapair / Keelpak / Keelkattalai / Tambaram / Kilpauk / MM nagar.

(ROTN -1) Arakkonam / Hosur / Cuddalore / Papanasam / Karaikal / Thanjavur / Villianur / Viluppuram.

(ROTN -1) Pollachi / saravanmpatti / Sulur / Kovaipudur / Sivagangai / Ramanathapuram / Tuticorin / Malumichampatti.

Responsibilties :

• Post jobs on various portals, board, newspapers, colleges, etc
• Ability to travel when required
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, portals & field hiring etc
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Coordinate with Vendors and push for the closures on daily basis

Required skills :

• Experience in Blue Collar hiring
• Some one who can be on top of numbers
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Conducting interviews using various methods - phone, in-person.
