Role Overview:

Were seeking a proactive and analytical professional to join our Central Operations team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving cost optimization, streamlining supply planning, and enhancing last-mile delivery operations. Youll lead impactful projects, design live dashboards, and implement data-driven strategies to ensure operational excellence and efficiency. Responsibility :

• Cost Optimization & Efficiency: Drive cost-reduction strategies by identifying and eliminating inefficiencies in operations.
• Last-Mile Optimization: Lead initiatives for delivery partner utilization, route optimization, and project execution to enhance last-mile performance.
• Dashboard Automation: Build, maintain, and automate live dashboards using Python and R to provide real-time operational insights and visibility.
• Forecasting & Projection: Analyze trends and use forecasting techniques to plan supply operations and align with demand forecasts.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage advanced data analysis to identify inefficiencies, uncover trends, and drive actionable improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional teams to align operational goals with organizational objectives.
• Innovation & Projects: Initiate pilot projects and implement innovative solutions to optimize costs and enhance service reliability.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, report operational metrics, and ensure adherence to business goals and SLAs.

What You Bring:

1. Strong programming skills in Python and R for automation, dashboard development, and data analysis.

2. Expertise in forecasting, projection techniques, and their application in supply chain and last-mile logistics.

3. Experience with Q-commerce, last-mile operations, or similar industries.

4. Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.

5. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle operational challenges effectively.

6. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and deliver results under tight timelines.

7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for stakeholder engagement.

Preferred candidate profile

* Proven experience in rate card optimization and cost-per-order reduction strategies.

• Hands-on experience in managing delivery partner models and route optimization.
