Desired Skills : Preferred Skills: Familiarity with last-mile delivery technology platforms and tools. Experience in handling reconciliation and auditing processes. Knowledge of lean management practices and Six Sigma methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Loss Reduction:
• Analyze loss trends in last-mile delivery operations, including undelivered parcels, damaged goods, and fraud cases.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate losses while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, technology, and customer service) to implement loss prevention measures.
2. TAT Reduction in Material Reconciliation:
• Monitor and improve Turnaround Time (TAT) for material reconciliation from partners
• Automate reconciliation workflows by leveraging data analytics and technology tools.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in cash handling and inventory processes.
3. Service Quality Improvement:
• Establish and monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) with partners to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders (customers, delivery personnel, and hubs) to identify pain points in the delivery process.
• Drive initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience, such as faster deliveries, effective communication, and reduced delivery defects.
4. Operational Efficiency:
• Identify gaps in operational workflows and implement process improvements.
• Support scalability through data-driven decision-making and innovative solutions for peak and non-peak seasons.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
   
• Generate regular reports on key metrics such as loss ratios, reconciliation TAT, and delivery performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis for deviations and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Use tools such as Excel, SQL, and dashboards to present data effectively.
