Role Overview
The City Manager for Prexo will oversee Flipkarts exchange and returns operations, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will manage a team, optimize processes, and work cross-functionally to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee Exchange Operations: Manage product exchanges, coordinate pick-ups, and ensure accurate processing.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and train supervisors and field staff to meet performance goals.
3. Customer Experience: Resolve escalated customer issues and improve processes based on feedback.
4. Data-Driven Decisions: Track KPIs, prepare reports, and use data to optimize operations.
5. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution.
6. Operational Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance speed and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related fields. MBA preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in operations or customer service, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
