Description:

Digital marketing in the last mile team involves all online marketing activities related to delivery partners covering engagement, branding, advertising & campaign management. Last mile delivery is an orchestration primarily of the delivery partner ecosystem who help to deliver packages to end customers at scale. The role seeks an experienced individual in the digital marketing domain to lead the performance marketing & social media branding strategy. The candidate should have demonstrated a deep understanding of digital marketing tools, industry trends, data analytics and strategic planning to drive concentrated efforts to attract & engage delivery partners for pan India sites.

What youll do:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost conversions.
• Leverage web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager (GTM) to collect and analyze data, delivering actionable insights.
• Conduct ROI analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Interpret web analytics data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Create & moderate content with compelling narratives on delivery partner journeys and funnel gap analyses using data, and design dashboards with tools like Looker Studio or Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, HR or Operations to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
• Adopt industry best practices for digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, while ensuring seamless integration of web analytics platforms with websites and apps for precise tracking of traffic and user behavior.
• Create and manage campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, Google Manager 360.
• Track and evaluate the performance of digital marketing efforts, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in the digital marketing landscape.
• Train and mentor junior team members in web analytics and digital marketing strategies.

What youll need:

• Minimum 2 years proven experience in digital marketing strategy development and implementation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficient in using SQL, or BigQuery to analyze data and find insights, trends & gaps
• Expertise in Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, Meta
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in GA4 or related digital marketing certifications is a plus.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JS & web development and UX/UI principles is an advantage
• Experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Familiar with applications of modeling techniques such as Customer segmentation, Media Mix Modeling
• Understand principles of Master data management, implementation and usage of internal relational data platforms
