We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Professional to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and driving online engagement through creative and targeted marketing campaigns. You will manage and implement digital marketing strategies on various platforms, including social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, website content, etc. Also, be responsible for analyzing and reporting on campaign performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to enhance the companys brand, products, and services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that effectively reach target audiences through various digital channels.
Manage and optimize social media platforms, utilizing engaging content to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Implement search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to improve website traffic and conversion rates.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, aiming to nurture leads and retain customers.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend innovative ideas for campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience of at least 2-3 years working in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on running Google ads campaigns and creating lead generation strategies.
Expertise in the Google Ads platform and Facebook Ads platform, including proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and analysis.
Demonstrated success in driving lead generation and conversion through digital marketing efforts.
Experience in advertising within the financial industry is highly advantageous.
In-depth knowledge of financial advertising regulations and best practices (if applicable).
Ability to strategize and execute campaigns that align with business goals, specifically for a loan company like My Mudra.
Proficiency in utilizing various digital marketing tools and analytics platforms to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Strong understanding of social media management, SEO, SEM, and email marketing strategies.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
