Flipkart - Assistant Manager - Operations (4-8 yrs)

1. Planning inventory at city level as per inventory carrying norms & shelf life

2. Planning milk run distribution across dark stores in the city for all perishable categories across frozen, Ambient and Dry Supply chains and ensure nuances of each are incorporated

3. Drive Instock at Dark store level as per defined target and Minimize wastage and liquidation cost as per Industry standards.

4. Co-ordinate with business and demand planning teams to finalize Month, Week, Day level demand plans along with event / festive plans.

5. Responsible for Inventory health across dark stores for all supply chains and driving appropriate actions on SMNM inventory with all stakeholders

6. Own and plan Liquidation / RTV process / Dump process at Dark stores along with Dark store teams.

7. . Analyze Flipkart processes against best practices and benchmark against industry.

To succeed in this role - you should have the following

Skills & experience required :

- 2-5 Years of relevant supply chain experience (preferably handled either logistics or Inventory and Distribution planning or both)Rational decision-making, negotiating and influencing skills.

- The ability to work effectively independently.

- Accountability, initiative, integrity and maturity are pre- requisites.Ability to work with Spreadsheets and R for doing daily analysis.Customer first Approach in Solving any problems and ability to Quantify the Risk to the Customer Metrics for any decision or approachStrong bias for action: All-hands on deck and get things done attitude
