Assistant Manager - Business Development

What youll do:

Supply Planning:

• Be the voice of the customer internally.
• Understand needs - even those that the customers themselves may not realize
  Stay on top of changing trends and strategic priorities through in-depth data analysis to predict.
• customer behavior and drive the same with stakeholders.
  
• Business Reporting: Monitor the daily tracks and strategies to benchmark performance and identifying improvement areas.
• Facilitate regular business review meetings: present key insights and provide recommendations for decision making and be the Source of Truth wrt business metrics
  Keenly follow the competitive landscape and feed management with relevant intelligence.

Category Management

• Use your analytical ability to derive insights from data and action upon them
• Give regular inputs to drive business critical metrics, ensuring that the key stakeholders are aligned to the business goals

Preferred candidate profile

Educational background Graduation, MBA is preferred

• 2+ years of Relevant exp in Ecommerce /retail/Startups will be good to have.
• Desire and ability to think like the customer.
• Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion
  Highly analytical.
• Willing to take calculated risks to grow the category.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of technology and business.
• Must be willing to learn.
• Ability to connect with people across teams & levels.
