Role & responsibilities

1. Accountable for overall Hub Operations as per operational standards.

2. Ensuring Customers are delighted at all times and promptly and effectively managing customer escalations.

3. Ensuring employee engagement initiatives are implemented.

4. Comply with 100% ZTP (Zero Tolerance Policy).

5. Prepare the requisite business dashboard and duly report or review it with the hub team and Area Manager as required.

6. Budgeting and Accounting Cash and Hub imprest/petty cash expenses as appropriate

7. SOP adhesion at all times and compliance with the service level agreement

8. Maintain the cost per shipment (CPS) as per the budget. Ensure Profitable operations.

9. Coordinate with respective departments and adhere to commercial and statutory compliance.

10. Conduct team meetings, motivate the team, and control attrition.

11. Fill gaps in employee headcount within turnaround time.

12. Ensure team leaders and other hub team members are well trained.

13. Continuous improvement in reducing error rates in Operations Management

14. Ensure the safety of people, facilities, and shipments at all times.

15. Grievance Handling and Conducting Open houses and meetings with Hub teams to identify gaps
