Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Support Specialist to join our team. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing client queries efficiently, and identifying upselling opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Call Management
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and in a timely manner.
- Resolve client queries related to products, services, and account issues with clarity and efficiency.
- Document call details and client interactions in the CRM system accurately.
Query Management
- Address client inquiries through various communication channels, including calls, emails, and chats.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide prompt and accurate solutions.
- Follow up on unresolved queries to ensure client satisfaction.
Upselling & Cross-Selling
- Identify and recommend suitable products or services to meet client needs.
- Promote add-ons and upgrades to enhance the client's experience.
- Achieve monthly upselling and cross-selling targets.
Customer Satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service.
- Gather client feedback to improve processes and service quality.
- Ensure all interactions align with company standards and compliance guidelines.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales and service targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in client support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Experience in upselling or cross-selling is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with handling customer queries via calls and digital channels.
